Well, I've had lunch at The Pirates Arms Bar, which is somewhere around the centre but I don't exactly remember the name of the street (you can't miss it, though, as it's quite popular). It's not that expensive: I paid $13. It's also a bar and it's open towards the street so you can see the people walking by.
